The space
The quirky Brookhouse was built in 2023 and is lovely high spec design. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen/bedroom area, with a fridge, double ceramic hob, and oven. A small but perfectly formed shower room just off the bedroom area. Underfloor heating, and it also has a log burner for keeping warm in the winter.

Guest access
Situated in the grounds of a guest house. Parking a long the main driveway. Seating area outside of the Brookhouse house. Please note there are a number of steps down to the Brookhouse.

Interaction with guests
I’m available over the phone, or via email. But can also pop and say hello if I’m onsite.
